Ingredients:


1 Bunch Organic Kale, Torn off Stems and into 1/2 Pieces
1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Sea Salt


Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Remove kale from stem, wash, and pat dry. Toss kale pieces in the olive oil until thoroughly coated. Arrange kale in a single layer on a baking sheet and sprinkle lightly with salt.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes or so, until crispy.
